Pedro Barbudo

Pedro is a world-class professional surf coach with extensive experience in training elite athletes. From 2004 to 2014, he served as the head coach of Portugal’s national surfing team, and since 2019, he has been coaching the Russian national surfing team.

Pedro’s personal sports career began at the age of 16, and he achieved remarkable success by winning the national championship not only as a young athlete but also as a Master at the age of 42.

With 34 years of surfing, 16 years of competing, and 23 years of coaching, Pedro’s expertise is unparalleled. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 32 international surf trips, where he led groups and teams in preparation for competitions worldwide and across Europe.

Pedro brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion to the art of surfing, inspiring athletes to achieve their fullest potential on the waves.
