surfseabreeze.com presents the Surf Sea Breeze project at Sea Breeze Resort in Baku, Azerbaijan. The website owner is “SURF SEA BREEZE” Məhdud Məsuliyyətli Cəmiyyəti (“SURF SEA BREEZE” MMC), Tax ID (VÖEN) 2008865501.

2. Project status

The complex is under construction and development. Progress information relates to the dates of the relevant publications. Planned timelines, infrastructure, services and partnership formats may be refined as the project develops.

Construction photographs show the site at the time they were taken. Renderings, concept images and test samples illustrate planned or trial solutions and may differ from the final implementation. A test sample does not indicate approval of the final solution.

3. Enquiries and future services

The website provides information and ways to contact the Company. It currently does not accept payments or process purchases or bookings. Submitting a form does not constitute a booking, purchase, contract or guarantee of a service. Further cooperation is agreed separately.

4. Partnerships and investment

Information about partnerships and strategic investment participation invites individual discussions. It is not a binding public offer, an offer to acquire securities, personalised investment advice or a promise of returns. An enquiry creates no investment obligation or participation rights in the project.

Potential terms, risks and the parties' rights are determined separately after reviewing applicable requirements and signing the relevant documents.

5. Materials and website use

Rights in texts, photographs, visual materials and branding belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders. Use is permitted to the extent allowed by applicable law; contact us for permission for other uses. Mention of a third-party brand does not grant rights to its materials.

Do not use the website for unlawful activities, spam, attempts to access other people's information or disruption of the website. Do not provide another person's contact details without appropriate permission.

6. Links and availability

External websites and services operate under their own terms. The Company does not control their content or availability. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Report errors to info@surfseabreeze.com.

These terms do not restrict mandatory visitor rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Personal data and changes

The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Visiting the website does not constitute consent to promotional updates.
